Our Whys
We chose to start this blog to honor God and the intentional way he made us. We both have struggled to feel ok about our bodies over the years. We both have on going chronic illnesses that we must learn to live with and we both have children with major medical issues.
We want to combine what we know to be true about ourselves according to God and use our God given talent for decorating our homes and ourselves.

Meet Mimi and Gigi
Hello friends, welcome to Mimi & Gigi Chic. Let us take a minute to tell you all about us. We are two friends that met at a small group from our church. We live outside of Boulder, Colorado. We both love fashion in more ways than you can count, and we both have midsize bodies. Oh, and we are both over 50! Our goal is to help women in our stage of life learn to love the body you are in right now, and dress that body in a fun fashionable way. Being 50 does not mean we have to blend into the sofa, or look like we are wearing a sofa. We will share our favorite brands, styles and bits of our crazy lives. We hope you will join us on this journey.
